This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all courses and services offered through CakeSupIvy.com, operated by Ivy's Cake & Supplies Culinary Schools, located at 1102 Sandusky St, Fostoria, OH 44830-2761, USA. We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure ACH bank transfers. All payment transactions are processed in accordance with U.S. payment regulations and data protection standards.
Full payment is required at the time of course registration unless a payment plan is arranged in writing. Your spot in a course is not confirmed until payment is received.
After successful registration, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment, including course dates, times, location (online or in-person), and any materials included. Please review your confirmation and notify us within 24 hours if corrections are needed.
You may cancel your course registration under the following terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to michaelterrell@cakesupivy.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If Ivy’s Cake & Supplies must cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen events, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another available session.
